  I just spend the last 3 days at Greenwell Springs Baptist Church (GSBC)working with Samaritans Purse (SP) helping with clean up for the LA flood victims. While I did not attend services at GSBC I can assure you that the people of the congregation that I met that are serving their community are some of the best people I have ever been around. They serve 400-500 meals each evening to the community for those in need, and have opened their church for countless volunteers to be housed there while the volunteers work with SP aiding the flood victims. They are living out Christ in GS and the surrounding community. All communities should be so blessed to have a church this responsive to their needs. God Bless each and every person there.

  This church is an amazing place to be attending. When you go into the church everyone is a big family yes everyone has there fights and disagreements but they all have one thing in common which is their love for God and above all else is the most important thing a church needs

  They served / are serving as a Samaritan's Purse on site HQ for disaster relief efforts after Baton Rouge flooding. They housed / are housing for months hundreds of people volunteering in the relief efforts.

  People are very friendly. God's presence is felt when you walk in the doors. Bible teaching chuch. They glorified god and not them self.
